Pat - I'm so glad that you are safe and everything is working out okay. You're right, it is a wake up call. I don't have money saved and I've often thought of what I would do if something happened to me.

My favorite movie is Pay it Forward - if you haven't seen it everyone should. It is so awe inspiring and the premise is that for every good thing you do for someone, they do it for someone else and it just multiplies.

Everyone pulled together for you and now you are paying it forward in a different way - it all works out and it keeps on rolling - how beautiful is that!
