Why won't you try patient assistance with an exemption? If insurance will approve an appeal that's great but it's going to be a tier 5 drug and you'll still have hundreds of dollars of co-pay with most/any? Med D plan.
I swear I'm not making it up that it is no problem to get drugs that way  . But I'll never mention it again; it's your choice. I'm just sad to see you struggle when patient assistance exemptions are an option.
