Maybe she's one of those weirdos who loves people until they "cross" her and then she hates them? Not much you can do about this, unfortunately. She definitely seems to fit this pattern since she went on and on and on about your fabulous skin....and now she won't even respond to you? You were put up on a pedestal and then she knocked you down below her. Sounds catty, dramatic, and so on. Very unprofessional.
