This is kind of the case for me...I think. I hate how much we get so much sun, that sometimes I don't want to see it for awhile. I mean, like you said, it can remind me of everyone out "enjoying" it.
So, when I'm in a bad mood, the sun can sometimes make it worse. But I hear how the sun is supposed to elevate your mood. Anyway, it gets monotonous to me, not to mention the risk of skin cancer.
Other times I want the sun cause it CAN make my apartment less depressing. I don't get enough natural light, so on rainy days, it can make me more depressed. It's hard to explain.
Gloomy days can make it harder for me to do certain chores in my place, like vacumning, a depressing chore to begin with. But it can go with my MOOD.
I don't know....I wish we had more variety in our weather here, and that my apartment got more natural light regardless of my mood. It's cheaper than turning on so many lights which I have to do on days like that.
