Good afternoon. I'm not sure if you have a doc (psychiatrist) or if your taking meds. If yes then speak to your doc abt these symptoms. If your not into meds there are others on here that do not either. I'm sure they might give you tips on how to deal with symptoms (make a post abt living without meds). There are articles on here abt it too. A lot of members have therapist too. It might be helpful to talk with someone ASAP.
