Why are you assuming that we aren't doing those things? I mean, welcome to the board but if you hang around you'll find most of us are quite committed to treatment in whatever form that takes for us.

I don't know what you mean by an end of the line diagnosis. I would suspect that you are talking about someone like me. I have reached the end of the possible meds and am going on the last resort, last med I can really try, in a few weeks. But that's not because I didn't do what I should, it's because I have a severe form of bipolar that doesn't respond well to meds.

Like I said, maybe get to know us a bit first? This is a very caring, understanding place with a lot of people fighting to have the best possible lives however they have to do that.
