I've managed to make it through 40 some years without meds for my bipolar, but I've gotten so bad I'm at the cusp of going into the hospital. I've just stayed therapy and lithium to help and I'm really hoping i can get some relief.

Some people can control their symptoms through lifestyle, others can't, but i think the last thing any of us needs is a judgement about how we are handling our bp. Just being here and knowing there are people that understand has been a lifesaver for me.
