Sometimes I get pimples on my head from shampoos and they take forever to heal because I'm always picking at them and alway always alway picking the scabs. They're impossible to cover up with a bandage or something (which is what I try to do to prevent myself from picking other scabs).

I've been picking scabs since I was a kid. I vividly remember being six years old and picking a scab on my arm.

It's so frustrating trying not to do it.
