Dearest inky,

We've known each other for a long time haven't we? Knowing that you and the rest care about me means so very much. I knew something was wrong, and the doctor mentioned this as a possibility, but it hadn't sunk in until I heard it for sure. I'm going to keep my head up and do what I have to do, and pray that they are wrong. If they aren't, I'll make it thru somehow, someway.

I hope that you are doing OK, you have no idea how much I worry about you. I want to share a bowl of my ice cream with you someday
