saturdaybell - I agree with what moogs and spondiferous wrote. I'll add that the first thing I do each morning is acknowledge and congratulate myself for the last 24 hours sober and commit myself to another 24 hours. Then I read a daily meditation and ask my higher power to guide me through my day. As long as you really want to have a happy and sober life and commit to it, I believe you will discover fewer urges over time.
