It is very easy to keep this to yourself, just look on it as nothing more than any other medication. Keep it and take it in your bedroom, if a friend happens to see it say it is 'just a med' for private problems you are having.
Your Mum seems to be having problems accepting that you are becoming independent. It is a natural fear all parents have, but still very annoying for you. Just keep speaking up for yourself, especially where your own health is concerned, she will finally learn acceptance.

Hello. My main concern are strangers. I am fine telling my friends, but people I don't know, I wouldn't. I don't want the rumour going around saying "she's having sex!", you know? Major social anxiety there. This is mainly due to other rumours about relationships and if "I'm going out with them" or whatever...
Also, my does seem to do that, but she left her parents house at 17 to move in with her boyfriend that she broken up with before university. And her parents still paid for all of it! My goodness. Independence and money. Wow.
