My new breakfast habit is a bowl of 1 minute oatmeal microwaved with a scoop of fruit preserves and a handful of raisins added. Every now and then I'll squirt some maple syrup for sweet fun. I have several jars of different kinds of fruit preserves in the fridge so that it doesn't get old.
For the price, taste, and healthiness, I've found my new morning chew to go with my pot of coffee.

Yeah im back to my minute oats too! I stir in sliced almonds and either dried cherries or blueberries and top with plain yogurt. Sometimes i put in coconut oil and himalayan salt that smells like eggs

its just so good.
