If there has been a post like this before, I do apologize but I looked around a little and didn't seem to find one.
I just wanted to know if there was anyone here who has seen a therapist or is currently seeing one?
And if so, did it help you, or do you think it is helping you so far?
I have been debating for a while if seeing one would help me understand my own mind a little more and help me cope with all these emotions.
I am very nervous about the thought of being so open with someone, but then again I think it might be what I need.
