((((((((((((((((((((((((((Greggie)))))))))))))))))))))))))) Thank you for sharing. It must have been hard for you.
I'm so sorry to hear about your pain and problems. I know what ulcer feels like - i had one.
I hope the surgery will come up with good news. I'm sure you're terrified. So you know, my aunt who had cancer years ago, just had surgery done this past August - to see if it's back. Thank God it wasn't, but it sure scared a lot of people.
I've known quite a few people who had cancer, and can understand the fear. A friend of mine had breast cancer a few years ago. A lump has recently been discovered, and she's going for biopsy in November to check it out. Her sister has cancer.
You have both my hands to hold, and big hugs too. I hope you keep talking to us. I'll be praying for you tomorrow when I go to church.
I'm wondering - will you tell your family before the surgery? Telling them is one of the hardest thing to do, and I'm sorry that you might have to do that.
Oh - can you take medical leave or Short-term disability for the surgery instead of vacation?
