I grew up in Texas, too! Where abouts are you from? I grew up in El Paso. Contrary to you, I miss the cold winters with the chance of snow! (I don't do heat anymore.) What I still hate is the wind and sandstorms! UGH!!! YUKKO!!! I'm in S. Cali. now so all we get is the hot winds in the fall and sometimes in the middle of winter. No sandstorms where I am, thank goodness! I still hate the wind, though.
