I don't think my Pdoc can give me referrals. She works within a clinic. That's probably her refferals. I'll ask though. I asked her if she would talk to my new Pdoc when I found one. She said no. She said she will send over my file to the new Pdoc. And she will be my Pdoc for one extra month in case I don't like my first new Pdoc.

At least I'm not in denial about this loss and have a chance to end the relationship with a good ending. Ex-T never gave me that choice. Maybe this termination will help somehow with ex-T's abandonment.

Oh. And I asked her if I really needed a Pdoc since many Primary docs prescribe mental health meds. She said, in her opinion, I will need a Pdoc because of the amount and type of meds I take.
