Perna, this email wasn't addressed directly to my husband at all; not his given name and not his screen name. The thing is, too, that the IRS witheld pretty close to the same amount and wonder of wonders, (LOL) the IRS was wrong in witholding it. We've been having communication with the IRS in order to get them to release it. Now how did these scammers know that?? Maybe it was just coincidence, but I'm not banking on that!
