Oh I hear ya- this the season and as much as I love it I fight the urge to run and hide every step of the way... And broke! Going broke fast, and not sure if it's manic/impulsive or not but after I bought the fam stuff I splurged on jewelry for myself "from the hubby"... Pathetic? Perhaps but I also think I did it as a I'm a pre-emptive strike so I don't cry when I get nothing (or a can of peanuts) again this year...
