
Your not alone. I have a general, "I hate people" attitude hidden behind smiling helpfulness. Imagine that day when everyone is around, and think up activities for yourself (chores, cooking, etc) and keep busy, activity helps use up the energy anger creates. Also, it helps you to have your face hidden by looking at the task so people can't see the disdain in your eyes. It is so hard to fake interest when rage is looming.
