Yes, I am currently on medication for the nausea but it only helps a little bit and I still feel sick almost all the time. I know that the end justifies the means in this case but holy cow I could use a break from it

That's a good idea about writing a column. Something I have always thought about doing but wouldn't have the first idea about how to apporach it. I intend to look into it.
