I can relate to that. Sounds just like what I do. It can be very crippling.
Have you always been like that, or can you remember when did it start? Any traumatic event, or did you just gradually developed those fears and suspicions?
Whether or not people are thinking about you or things you said, know that whatever it is, it's not worth your time and you have to dismiss those thoughts and kick them away. Other people also say mundane, irrelevant, or stupid things all the time, so who's everyone else to judge you?
My old self used to have the "to hell with everyone else" attitude, and I am bit by bit re-learning to empower myself again.
You could probably benefit from therapy, is there any help available for you?
