Thanks! Atleast I know I'm not totally alone. My doc wrote out the prescription for valium for twice a day but it doesnt say as needed so I've been taking it twice a day. My dad said only take it when u need it but I'm scared to stop taking a dose because I can't end up in the place I was before really wanting to be destructive in general and self injure. I guess I'm wondering anyone think I should try skipping a dose or just keep taking it as usual?
