hi i am in cdr and my psychiatrist office wont give me a straight answer whether they have sent my records/paperwork in to social security. i wont get a favorable review if they dont send in the evidence that i have been going to them for the last couple of years . they say they dont know and they are behind and would have to go through mounds of paperwork to see .
