For me it's not wanting to loose weight, even though I'm only 114lbs at 5'2...but I was underweight in the past at 96-98lbs so gaining a bit of weight isn't really the issue can't be size 0 for ever.
If I didn't eat some raw meat before this anxiety with food wouldn't have happened.
I found myself avoiding chicken specifically. I ate salad for a long time...
Got anxiety eating a pickle, anxiety drinking a coke....anxiety eating a nacho that barely touched the floor... etc etc.
But i'm still eating. And drinking. But sometimes it's hard to eat when you are anxious or it, or something else.
My eating habits have changed again to barely eating anything during the day.. more snacking then actual meals which is so unhealthy.
