I have many big issues to sort through in therapy but whether I think I am making progress is up to me.
I know not everyone approves of how my therapist does things but I try not to judge anyone and to always describe my experiences as my own alone, recognizing that other people have different needs.
That was just really rude and uncalled for.

Late the game but yeah that bothers me too. I've been invalidated on therapy things. Unless someone is expressing concern or discomfort about their own therapy, I try to take a live and let live no matter how I might personally feel about their situation.
