my understanding of your other post was that social security wants you to have a mental evaluation. mental evaluation is a test that psychiatrists administer, then send out for scoring, then the psychiatrist writes a report. and you will need to sign a release of information form so that social security can have a copy of the test report on you.

if you havent had a mental evaluation test in the past 3 years since being approved for SSI that may be your first step. to schedule the evaluation.

the next step is to take the evaluation testing.

then you wait for the results. and your psychiatrist sends his report to you and SSI.
