I grew up in East Texas. When we did get snow, which was a rarity, it usually melted before it even hit the ground! People would freak out if they thought we would get snow. They all go to the store and stock up on bottled water and duct tape! LOL! I might be exaggerating a little, but not much!

I can't stand the intense heat either (anything above 90 degrees!) Why can't I live somewhere where it is Spring year round!?!

And Sleepy ... the trade is tempting ... but that would mean I would have to go back to Texas!

(Nothing good ever came out of Texas while I was there ... and the many generations before me. )
