Which disorder do you have? Go back to here and click on the words in blue on the left hand side which are closest to the ones you have...that will help. I can see you know how to post (which of course, is the best thing about the whole site :P)...

Also, at the very top of your screen (you may have to scroll up until it cannot "go up" anymore) there is a link that says 5150kat...click on that, and that will also help you find out how to do signatures and the like...
