Doesn't that even have to last a few days? Anyways, the depression does a lot. The hyperactive episodes don't for me, but other people get annoyed at me, so I guess. I can work and do things, but my family isn't really impressed with me because when I am in that state, I giggle at everything, I say stuff in a higher pitched voice quite quickly, my mind is flooding with new ideas and feel super good and productive. That feeling lasts a few hours, but everyone tells me it's super annoying though I don't feel annoyed at all. I just feel really happy. I'll read about cyclothymia. I have heard of it, but not really sure what it is. Thanks for the response .
