Sounds like a conundrum of sorts. Technology along with live gamer accounts is part of it. Another is extra curricula, the generational standard. Plus parent limitations.
It could very well take coordination on your end to arrange something of interest if getting out of the home and being with friends is as important. But, I honestly don't know of many teen social stuff the way technology changed things. Which brings me back to extra curricula. Volunteering at a soup kitchen. Belonging to a youth church group. That's about all I can come up with.
