I have taken Clozaril 150 mg since 2007 and I have experienced bedwetting perhaps once or twice a month. I started wearing disposable underwear to bed so it is a minor inconvenience.

What is more bothersome for me is the drooling which I experience most nights. I awaken with my pajama top and pillowcase wet so I keep spare pillows in bed. On the bright side though I have read that people who suffer from dry mouth have more dental caries so I guess it balances out.

When I first started taking Clozapine it was very sedating but that is better now.
