We often sleep more when we're depressed...I slept 11 hours last night/this morning. And like Fizzyo said, night shifts are very fatiguing. Personally I enjoy sleeping more than being awake, so it doesn't bother me. But we're supposed to try and be active, so I recommend trying to avoid sleeping too much and doing activities if you can. Even if they're quiet ones.
