It will be just my son and I celebrating Xmas together. I am estranged from my family (with good reason) and his father isn't allowed contact, so it's just us. Today we are going to a spiritualist church service, because I want to give thanks for what we have. There are many with far less. We will be driving around a lot on the next few nights looking at Christmas lights and the Xmas tree in the city. We will also do some Christmas food shopping and baking on Xmas eve. I have thought about going the Carols at another church on Christmas Eve but I'm not sure yet (social anxiety). Christmas Day will be my son getting up at some unearthly hour to race to the tree and open his presents. Then I will to a turkey roast for lunch, as well as Christmas ham and plum pudding with custard. The rest of the day will be spent putting toys together and hanging out with my son.
