I have a TERRIBLE headache. My spine hurts from my neck all the way down my back. I am talking about pain on a scale from 1 to 10 of about an 8.

Can stress cause this or do you think I have some virus? I've also been nauseated and unable to eat but I attribute that to my level of pain.

Any ideas, suggestions, pity, come one come all....I'll take whatever you have to offer me....
