So a message popped up on my Facebook from an old college friend that I haven't spoken to in years. She says hey was thinking about you how have you been........Now in college we use to be super tight but after college we went our separate ways and haven't seen each other. Years after college I was diagnosed with major depression, tried to take my life and was rediagnised as bipolar. Should I tell her all this, part of me feels like I should the other part of me says don't seek pity.
