A healthy diet.
Removing artificial sweeteners, gluten and such help. Also, you may be lacking certain nutrients.
I rarely have brain fog these days, unless it's from eating something that causes it or extreme fatigue.
Drink plenty of water, and make sure you get enough cholesterol (yup) as the brain is like 70% cholesterol. Eat nuts and seeds.
