I'm getting fed up with a truck and motorcycle in my apartment complex, the go back and forth many times a day with loud rumble noise that needs a muffler. I can understand a few times a day but not this constant back and forth...then there's the upstairs that sounds like they are dragging chairs across wooden floor or a trombone....guess I'm getting that irritation to noise again too. All I can offer is sympathy, no idea what to do about it other than the ideas all ready suggested.
