Be proactive! Start a blog or website wth the doctors name and report only what happened that's verifiable with dates and times.

Everytime someone searches them your site will pop up. Give it a catchy title like "Dr. Xxxx almost killed me!"

Give them a crappy rating on search engines.

At last you'll feel better and she'll/he'll have a black mark on them!
