Hello everyone
Last week I had made yet another attempt to eat healthy. Instead I starved myself, eating a small meal each day. Today I ate two meals and I feel out of control and ate more than I intended. I also gained back the pounds I lost in a week and a half.
I need some advice on coping with this.
