I agree with Gayleggg. It's pretty difficult to give an accurate diagnosis, mainly in personality disorders. It's often found traits of different personality disorders.
I neither have a lot of difficulty to mantain a social relation with people, unless in a superficial way, I mean, I'm not a shy woman. What I really find difficult is to go deeper with these people bc of my fear of being rejected or don't be liking.
What I want to mean is that an avoidant doesn't necessary have to be shy to be an avoidant.
I only have traits though, since my last diagnosis.
Which more borderline traits do you see in yourself?
Appart from what I have told you, I think that the best is to try all the issues you are being dealing with in therapy. For me, this is over a diagnoses.
