You can take propanolol for the tremors. The dr. almost made me start it when I was early in my diagnosis because they were really bad. I didn't want another med but my assistants couldn't read my writing which was crucial so I accepted it and it did help. Eventually I went off it and my body seemed to have adjusted to the tremors and while I had them I wasn't bothered by them. I still have tremors, apparently from other meds (I'm on a tiny bit of lithium right now but have tremors when I'm not on that and it's not enough to cause anything) and they don't affect much at all, after many years of practice with them.
