It sounds like regardless of the exact diagnosis, these people are in a lot of denial from what you're describing. That is very hard to deal with, that I know from experience.

The behaviors you're describing(lying, stalking, obsessing, denial, etc) can go with a few personality disorders... It's hard to say over the internet and I'm not a professional.
