I have important class tomorrow and have to wake up early but cannot sleep. I had this problem since I was a toddler but it is getting worse as I grow. I share my room with my brother and he sleeps at about 1:30 am. By that time, I am awake. I get sleepy at around ten or eleven, however since the entire family is still awake, it is impossible to sleep at that time. I always miss the class in the morning as I cannot get awake before ten in the morning. I am fed up with this lifestyle and it is definitely having an effect on my development and health. I personally want a lifestyle of sleeping at ten or eleven and wake up around five or six the next morning. What can I do?
