hate this time of year. really hard to get through it as a recovering alcoholic who raised havoc with family when drinking. struggling with horrible anxiety and the feelings that always led me to drink. I've been sober 13 years this month and feel as awful as I did when newly sober. Will go to an AA meeting in a couple hours but am nearly paralyzed with physical symptoms of panic.
