I have contacted a crisis line/chat three times since last night about the crap in my head and the lady tonight overreacted and sent a police officer to my house! THEN he called an ambulance so they could evaluate me. Im so mad!!! And embarrassed. Luckily no neighbors were up to see and none of them had lights or sirens on. They were really nice but asked lots of questions. They wanted to know if Id been evaluated before and where and what meds I take and if Im takingthem.

They almost made me go to the hospital to get checked out! Im so rattled right now. My t tells me to contact them if Im feeling bad and I do and they do this! I have had bad thoughts all day but I had no intent of doing anything and I told them that! They called a dr to discuss my situation and the dr said since im in treatment I didn't have to go with them.

Im so rattled and annoyed.
