hey couch. last day of training today. we took turns taking calls yesterday in the classroom (it's too loud for all 21 of us to take calls at the same time, so we paired up and one person watched while the other person took calls to keep the noise level down. Same today.) I like that we get to do it this way, taking calls with our instructors in the room to answer any questions we have, because these callers require a higher level of support, finesse and knowledge on our part to handle them correctly, so only the senior advocates get them. They're having a holiday lunch for us today at work catered by a local mexican restaurant yay! and I'm working 4 hours on Friday, for extra $$. Well I need to head to work.
