Today my pdoc prescribed me Saphris and I'm just wondering when to take it? She told me to take it before bed, but my sleep schedule is incredibly inconsistent. Is taking it the same time every night sufficient, even if I'm not necessarily sleeping at that time? Or should I take it before sleeping regardless of when that is?
