Hydroxyzine pamoate is the generic name for Vistaril, which is similar to Benedryl. Seems to be a popular med these days; they gave it to me in the hospital (June), and that was the first time I'd heard of it. It's supposed to be non-addictive, but its effectiveness is kinda questionable, imo. Hope it works for you.
