Hi , My name is Wessam from Iraq ..,

In fact this the first time I write here and would like you to see my story , I regret that I did not write from earlier time ..

Any how , I was told that I am not doing well mentally in past time , in fact several years , since the civil war here in Iraq ,, there was a lot of security issues threatening a man , a peaceful one , inside the combating groups ,,,

It lasted 4 years until I began to realize that saying " you are not doing well mentally " or " we are afraid that you are getting worse " ,,
A deep religious reading lasted about 1 year and most of surrounding friends told me and else more ..that was in 2007 bottle neck personal and over all security situation details are bombing cars . fighting groups , military showing inside civil communities in cities as you know the situation ...
Another important or very important point that I was kidnapped for revenge from groups and was subject to torture and had a gun in my head with a peace of clothes on eyes ...

That was a long term suffering with of course financial issues and debts that caused us to be on rent accompanying these period from 2007-2013

By beginning of 2013 the the attack accelerated and escalated with bombing cars killing more and more people causing me feel fear and fear with abnormal unstable mental health situation ...stress is my mate

By the end of 2013 I tried a travel to Europe ,, in the day of travelling I felt very down and afraid of unknown thing ...that was a surprise to the German embassy ,,, cancelled trip ( i was thinking to stay there , but was told of a more than one friend that I will be put just in camps for a long time because I entered formally , an enlarged anxiety poped up ...

Any how , by mid of 2014 a nightmare came reminded me of the kidnapping story triggered by a low level person saying that .. when the story spoken in front of him that if he had this chance he would have do the same ,, he was kidding ,, but i was bothered too much and became feeling fear and flee to Turkey UN to register , stayed there 6 months and then back again to home country with weight loss and fibromalagia back pain ( The United nation mission has open time ( 2 or 3 years or unknown time ) to relocate refugees and this needs a financial coverage again another type of fear emerged , but frankly I did not spend all of my money )

I need time to heal from my psychic after that ...

Note : we have in family sister and grand mother who are diagnosed with schizophrenia , grand mother was on a severer situation ,,, sister was diagnosed with voice hallucination and accompanying low state of mood and isolation symptoms poped up more clearly - positive ones the voice halluc. after civil war accident ( a period of stress )

I am sorry for the detailed story , but all these are facts ..
