My last T worked 4 days more n-Thursday and half days Friday's to avoid the mad road rush. But she made exceptions on Friday afternoons. She took extra classes in the evenings to become a full fledged psychologist, Ph.D. She started as a SW trained in testing and kept taking classes until she got her Ph.D.. Not lazy at all.
